At Kleinfeld Again, we want you to feel confident in your purchase; if your designer piece isn't the perfect fit, you may initiate a return within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all items remain in their original condition with security tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package with Care

  Place the garment back in its original packaging, ensuring all designer labels and our signature security tags are intact and untampered.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location within 3 business days of your request.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our bridal specialists inspect the item for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 days.
